3. Children’s data and parental consent
Our forms are meant to be filled in by a parent or lawful guardian, not by children. Before an enquiry is sent, the parent/guardian must tick a consent box confirming that they are the parent/guardian and agree to the school using the details to respond to the enquiry. We collect only the child’s name and the class sought at the enquiry stage. We do not track children’s behaviour or use their data for targeted advertising.
If we learn that a child has submitted data without a parent’s or guardian’s consent, we will delete it.
4. How long we keep data
Enquiry data is kept for To be updated after the last contact with you, unless your child is admitted, in which case it becomes part of the student record and is handled under the school’s student-records practices. - Access to enquiry data is limited to authorised school staff who need it to respond.
